06 mustang on spray?

I honestly wonder if he has it hooked up right...I dunno what to look for as far as nitrous. But he seems to be running what a stock auto gt runs at the local strip (stock down to the filter and paper license plate). I usually watch them run low 9s-high8s depending on weather.
Even if I hadn't spun he should have been close or a couple cars in front from what people here say.
