Obviously you would need to know what kind of times hes running to begin with, we don't know what kind of pulleys and how much boost or how good the tune all is. A stock gt500 is beatable with a bolton fbody, ive witnessed this first hand from a 60-130 roll. And yea I thought about bashing your thread but when a fellow trans am friend is going against a mustang, ill do the enemy of my enemy is my friend thing ahahah. I'm telling you, it all depends on how good the mods are, but I know a stock gt500 is def. nothing to brag about at all! I still think you will be surprised when you begin to stay even or pull him.

What I have noticed with the GT500s is the guy really needs to know how to drive them. I raced a bone stock vert on the freeway from a 60 roll to about 100 before he let off. At the time I had a lid, loudmouth catback, and 315drs on heavy 11" wheels.His front end was just behind my door.I was shocked as ****, I never thought I had a chance but I really dont think the guy could drive.

I know a guy with a nice one, believe its pullied and tuned and would like to race him and how close the outcome would be.
