I'm gunna say it'd be a drivers race with the edge going to the F-body.
But im not expert in either so lets see what the other guys say.
This topic has been beaten to death but im used to reading about pullied cobra's and cammed LS1's.

03-04 cobras run around 12.2-12.6 1/4, around 110-114 mph traps. Full bolt on, 4.10 geared (you have m6..do it), could vary well take one. But Driver mod will come into play. I see no reason though, why a full bolt on ls1 couldn't take a STOCK cobra.
EDIT: sorry, kinda off topic...I can't stop staring at Ragged Ride's car. Maybe I should have kept the springs

I agree that a full bolt on LS can beat a 100% stock cobra more times than most will admit. The problem is two things............what do people call full bolt ons and stock? Now-a-days thats very losely used (both phrases). Case in point, the OP doesn't seem to be a true full bolt on car. Unless I'm more ignorant on LS's than I thought. But I don't see an LS6 intake listed?

ls6 intake, or a FAST or typhoon or another intake mani, then it will be full bolt on. I am not sure if UD pulley is considered bolt on though......it should be, I would think. Only time we get away from the term "bolt on" is heads and related items, anything internal, or any kind of power adder.
