Wow, you all think that slow? My stock '02 A4 Formula with 2.73s did a 13.2@106....like I said, stock.

I know the '01-'02s had a few more horses but I would think atleast a 13.2 a lid and catback, with a tune, maybe a 13.0 or a very high 12sec pass.

yea but you have to understand that every car is different, 13.2 for bone stock with 2.73's is a pretty good time, there is prolly more cars like yours that would run slower than 13.2....i would guess a 02 with 2.73's on average would probably sit around a 13.4....just my opinion, it does depend on the weather....im guessing his car would run 13.5-13.7 depending on conditions

Ooo, judge mine too.

02 Z28 convertible M6 with custom 3" catback w/ one glasspack after y pipe, slp lid, k&n filter, and complete hotchkis adjustable suspension inc sway and shock tower brace.

I've recently got the car which has been made for autoX. I've only been to one autoX thus far but I do pretty good in the A-mod class.

Depends on how good of a driver you are.You should run between
a 13.3 to a 13.6 in the 1/4 mile with your mods,2:73 gears, and good weather.Auto's with 3:23's usually run slightly quicker 1/4 mile ET's.Best way to find out is to take it to the track.

The problem with that is that the nearest drag strip is a good hour drive there and hour drive back. I tend to go to the autocross due to it being a five minute drive however, its only held every 1st sunday of every month. =[

id say that would be a somewhat fair estamate if the car was completely stock....im going to say 13.0-13-6...pending on weather and driver skills.....i will disagree with the statement that auto's usually run a little faster. the fastest stock f-body that ran a 12.7X was a manual (bone stock down to the filter).......i will agree that often times you will go to the track and auto's will get some better times, but thats mainly bc the people in the m6's dont know how to drive....stock to stock with 2 proffesional drivers.....the 6 speed should win 4 out of 5 times.....this is coming from a guy with an auto (323)to by the way......just my opinion.
(this is actually in response to "VIK"...not the OP when im talking about the 13.0-13.6, sorry for the confusion)

Yea, I will eventually go but not before getting my kooks headers, ts 224/224 112 cam, and tune.

And yea, that 11.7 is a ridiculous time for what I have. I was thinking low 13s.

You would probably get more responses in the Racer's Bench area forum thingy:

My a4 3.23/lid/catback car ran 13.6/13.7 consistently with only 50k on it so it was tight. Yes there are faster cars but that is about average...... This is near sealevel too as I am 70 miles from the beach. Don't get discouraged if are not not low 13's or lower.

Id be disappointed to be honest if I was you to be honest. My 90k mile stock car did the 13.2 I mentioned earlier under sealevel I believe or very near it here in south La.

Your DA was most likely very low probably in negative numbers with that 13.2. I ran 13.7 consistently, stock with 3.23 in a fully loaded trans am on 17x9's in 2300 DA.

Your formula is I believe the lightest of the f-bodies from the factory so that also probably plays a role. Better DA, Track Prep, Lighter car and wheels plus even more variables changes the outcome. A 13.2 is impressive for your car and just because your car ran it doesn't mean everyone else should do the same.
