Default Auto trans swap, what will it run?

Here is the info.
2k TA LS2 402
3600lb race weight
505rwhp/465rwtq through the 6sp, A4 numbers unknown
373 gears with strange 12 bolt and 17i inch MT et street radials
Qa1 adjustable shocks and all other suspension upgrades

I just did an A4 swap with a ss4000 stall witch actually stalls to about 5k and shift extensions are at 5,800 with the 402. What do you guys think it will run now? I will be running at sea level also.

Hard to say without knowing how you drove your car with the 6sp... what are you 60ft's with the stick? You'll trap less that's for sure.

I only ran three passes with the 6sp and it cut a 1.68 60ft slipping the clutch bad. I dumped it at 5k and it dead hooked and cooked my clutch so I never got a full pass out of it. The ss4000 in this thing is crazy off the line if it will hook.

Your raceweight is going to hurt you. I'm assuming you're going to cut a real solid 1.5 60 foot
or something close to that. Given that, I'm going to take a shot in the dark and
say a 10.85 - 10.90 @ 124mph. I'm guessing a fairly low trap speed and a great ET
given that your converter and that auto trans will suck up some power. Regardless,
you definitely can make that a 10 second car by dialing in the suspension. Add some
nitrous and run bottom 10's providing your trans can handle the power.

But hey, I'm just a Mustang guy. I don't know a whole lot about these ummm...what do you call
'em...LS1's?

I was thinking it would probably run high 10's. What's the best way to get it below 10.50 without the spray?

1.4 sixty foot and another 75rwhp...or drop 400lbs.
