How much hp should my W72 78 400 motor in my 80 Trans Am make?

It has headers, exhaust, cam, intake, new carb, cam and ported heads. It makes 220hp, 325torque stock. What do you guys think? 300hp/405tq? From what I have seen so far, full exhaust alone gives 30-40 hp since stock was so restrictive.

ok need to know what size exhaust, longtube or short, what cam? specs what carb and size what heads and flow numbers and how much ported etc. what intake? need to know pretty much everything.

It has longtubes, looks like 3 inch exhaust and 750cfm carb and torker intake. Not sure what the cam is but the previous owner said it is mild. He said the heads had a decent port job done.

Sorry, that's the best I can do. I don't know a whole lot about the car.
