If the bike is modded as much as it sounds and he can ride it half assed, you are going to get your **** smashed. He will play with your buddy as well.

 

your best bet at winning is to get a 200mph car(top speed) and run him from 120 roll lol jk. bikes lose aerodynamic capabilities at high high speeds so if you can get (i have to say it) a 1000hp supra or something that flies top end and race from an insane roll thats your only chance.

in order to beat that bike if it has the mods u said i think ur gonna need hopes and dreams gsxr1000 are bad bikes stock let alone with work done

 

not much is going to touch a liter bike. They are stupid fast right off the stock room floor.
