the only way to win this argument is stock vs stock, anyone can make a modded car do what they want with the right know how, patience and knowledge etc. And stock vs Stock I say domestic top end is better. zr1, viper, cts-v, even are stock fbodies pull great pass 100, i won't even mention the SSC Ultimate Aero that out top ends a veyron with a chevy v8 in it

Yup. Where the car was made has nothing to do with it.

Everyone knows that doesn't count,
also, the GTO was built in Australia, but that doesn't count also.

On this board, it has to be built by non-caucasians for it to be considered an import.

So GM is Canadian? The parts are Canadian? The idea/concept of the Camaro came from Canada?

*Assembled is what you mean.

All that means is they put the car together here. Just like how the F-Bodies were in Canada.

America isn't made up of only caucasians..... I'm sure there are many Asian/Black/Hispanic individuals that build American cars every day ...ignorant...

Top speed is all based off of how high your speedometer goes. My cadillac says 180, so i can do 180, not sure what an STI says. Hope this helps.

if you didnt know....... im joking.

This is why I'm contemplating putting a GXP cluster in my car, to make it 20mph faster.

I think this argument needs another variable or two added to the mix to make sense so how bout this? Stock major production cars under $50k made in the last 10yrs and able reach at least 150mph (just for arguements sake) which would include all Japanese, German, European, American, Chinese, Korean, etc.

How bout another category for $50k+ just for ***** and giggles.

#1.
$50k and under
2000 to current
Must reach 150mph to be considered
Bone stock
Any major production manufacturer in the world

#2
$50k and up
2000 to current
Must reach 150mph to be considered
Bone stock
Any major production manufacturer in the world
