Okay so I'm not hating on the LS1 or anything by any means. But, I had to call bull on this but before I go talking out my *** I figured I'd ask you guys. Buddy of mine has a 2004 M6 GTO. Performance shop in a town over says they can throw a CAI on that beast and tune it to gain literally "150 HP" on the dyno. What do you think about that?

Um definately bs! I would say a cai and a dyno tune might get him 20-25 rwhp

They probably mean dyno the car on top of pikes peak in CO. Then take it down to Death Valley and put the CAI on there and tune it on the dyno again... Cause THAT would make sense.

Depends on the size shot of juice that comes with the CAI.

Alright thanks for the responses you guys. He changed his story to "85 whp" 150 to the crank lol... But yeah atleast I know I'm not the only one that thought it was crazy
