Your setup is fine the way it is. You should be close to your goal.

My guess is you'll be close to your goal.
Of course the FAST 102 is not too much intake for a heads and cam LS1 with LT headers. I don't understand where people get that. The 9" rear is a really good addition but overkill for a heads and cam LS1. The 12 bolt rear is more then enough, not to mention lighter and less expensive, for just a heads and cam car.

Are you still running the stock clutch? Just in case you are, it will not hold up. The LS7 clutch will handle that setup with easy. It's very inexpensive and as smooth as stock.

car already has a monster stage 3 clutch in it so thats an area i should be ok

I am not a real big fan of the ms3,but found a thread with a build like yours and he made great power.I bet you meet your goals.

Look into getting a ported LS2 intake and throttle body. Almost as much hp as the FAST at a fraction of the cost.

The LS6 intake flows more cfm then the LS2.
Putting cost aside, the FAST delivers more performance hands down. If you have no problem spending the money for a FAST, then its worth it, imo.
