I got absolutely hammered by one a couple years ago at the track....something was wrong with the tuning on the top end of GTP so I ran a 14.1 @ only 94mph, he was 13.10

I raced one at the track. It had a supercharger on it and a carbon fiber hood. Ran like really low 12's so I beat the **** out of him. I really do like them from styling standpoint.
I see that you posted that they all run low 12's or better? The ones I see on the street don't have the supercharger and they all tell me they run low 13's so the ones you run into must all have some pretty good mods to them.

Stock they go about 12.6-13.0 at around 106-109. Cai, tune and exhaust youre looking at around 12.2-12.5. All also depends on heat, DA, area etc etc. They are dig machines and mop up 95% of stuff on the road. Theres a few turbo ones out there trapping 140+ mph. A dude just made 860/840 on 15.5 lbs of boost 76mm single turbo and VP 109. LPM's jeep in Fl goes 9.50's at 146 area with twin 6262's.

[QUOTE=Nemesis350;15024532]imma double check mods on my friends ride and i'll post it up here to clear up the debate some.
Ok, he just has an AFE CAI, and a Diablo CMR tune. Runs 12.3 @ 109. He does ice down his intake between runs, if that makes any difference to anyone. But no forced induction and no spray

I've seen that twin turbo in person. And there's a vid online somewhere of him dragging the bumper down the track.

This is about right. A buddy of mine has an '07. with a CAI and tune he runs a best of 12.3 on a 1.7 60 ft, averaging 12.4 -12.5 on a hot day.
Although i've ran a better time, i've yet to actually beat him heads up lol

I just have a really badass tuner he only tunes limited amount of jeeps, he has worked for Lingenfleter, beta testing for Magna Charger, he lives in Michigan and is one of the lead transmission tuners for Chevy. He recently tuned these 2 jeeps

Thanks for the input... i actually asked because i found a great deal on one and i'm thinking of trading in the imp. I really like how they look. I've seen a few of the othe ls4 owners trade for TBSS but... i actually hate how they look.
