I go to our local Sat. night meets with a bunch of guys and one of the Fab's to one of the shops out here I chill with has a LT1 on NOS He said I would only run a 14 as is.... I am going to the track as soon as I get the chance (It's been non stop raining the past 2 months) And prove him wrong. It's be my first time at a track. ever. What might I run and any good tips would help.

I think you'll do better than 14's, as long as the DA isn't terrible. In my bone stock formula i ran 13.5 with a DA of 3700. I've seen guys on here with almost the same setup run low to mid 13's. Just have fun, if it's your first time at the track dont expect way to much. lol. But good luck post your results

I've ran 13.0 at 108 with catback and lid at about 1800 DA so I'd expect high 12's out of your setup

the heck is shift kit in the tranny?? u auto or m6? u know how to drive? with floridas low DA id say a 13 even

this is way too old. Seems how I am slow at keeping up with my posts, My car is just as slow. Thought the weather was fair (2 months ago) and decided to make it a track day. track- was an hour away and between looking up the weather on doppler radar and getting there it decided to rain. causing them to make it an 1/8 track for the rest of the day. Plus I had 2 runs in the wet. horrible times concluded the night

I have video, the old guy in the truck got pissed. It was my first time. I was Nervous, Hands shaking. My radio fell out of the dash half way down too. A lot of wheel spin and just gunned it at green. any constructive criticism would be nice too.
