how much faster ?
took it out to the track couple weeks back ran a best of 8.6x @ 85 mph pretty consistant. car had basic bolt ons k&n drop in, p&p tb maff, ebay headers, true dual hpipe 3in with magna flow bullets, eibach pro kit, lower control arms, adj pan hard, weld pro stars 15X3 15x8 or 9 not sure 275 60 15 bf drs..
next time out will have all of above plus. under drive pulley, fresh rebuild trans with yank ss3600 stall, 150shot spraying @ 3k, and tune with 275 50 15 nittos
would like to know wat to expect from her with and with out the bottle...
i think only bolt on im missing is the ls6 intake.

ok guys the car went 8.1x's 8.2x range in all 8 passes. it was my first time running at the track. my brother always did the running for me. i think if im not mistaking it was doing 1.8 60s the car wasnt dead hooking. first two passes were 30 psi went down to 24 and then 17 and didnt get any better. also was racing for the track championship so the tire would get cold by the time i would be up again. gotta give the nittoz another try on a test and tune night and see how it dose with back to back passes. so i see potencial to lowering the 60 to 1.7 with better tires

andys02r1 thanks. im dying to hit it with the bottle but untill i can get some good traction on them back tires i wouldnt even hit it with the n20. it would be a waist of time. im still missing the ls6 intake and some gears to be full bolt ons. u got some good numbers there too. my borther should be running in ur ball park. when he gets his suspension done hes head and cam full bolt on. no nitrous he should be 7.3 7.4's range

im running the nittos 555r's and not having any luck. maby running more constant more times, harder burnouts, and stock suspension without the front sway. might hook a little better putting the weight transfer on the back tires... need some improvements but happy for now with the times. also was my first time driving the car. might not have done long enogh burnout. i dont know ill up load vids if i get a chance later on today.

iv herd nothing but good stuff about the hoosier's. i think they might be even better than the mt's from what i have herd here locally. they also wear out pretty quickly too. we had BFgoodrich before and liked them alot better than these nittos, but hey gotta pay to play and we went cheap cuz of money being tight. now we stuck!
