trying to figure out hp on 2000 z28

trying to figure out hp on 2000 z28 Hi so I just bought a 2000 z28 six speed all black and I got a lot of questions.
First off it has an slp intake with k n airfilter, JBA headers, and slp lm2 exhaust with a frost tune. So with all this I'm trying to figure out how much hp I am pushing. Or if there is a good place I can take it in the bay area that not to expensive to check it out. Also I noticed when i get on it really hard I smell kind of a gas smell. Someone said that its running rich. Is that supposed to happen?? Any advice would be great!

Are you running a ORY? If so, the lack of any cats will make the car smell like raw fuel too
