Dyno round 2. Lq4 228r and 243 heads guess?

Im going to the original shop where my car was first dyno tuned. I had quite a few issues and the car just didnt seem quite right.The setup at that point was:
04 lq4 stock block stock 317 heads,228r 112lsa cam,ls6 intake,85mm maf,tr5 plugs and msd wires,stock 02 fbody manifolds. It put down 307hp/323tq
Now i have swapped to 243 heads milled .030 and tr6 plugs,rest in my sig.Im really hoping to atleast break 350whp as the car feels much stronger through the entire band.Then i want to do headers and see how much power I gain from just that alone.
Any guesses now that i dont have any issues popping up?

Car made 370hp/380tq..of course i got some small problems..bad alternator and bad voltage drop in high rpms(down to 11.7v),mis fires on 1 and 6 and restrictive air intake setup.
All in all I think headers would be a substantial gain and pick up maybe some ponnies fixing my issues.
