I would think you should be in the area of 400. Can't really say if you will, with all the variables, but I think it could.

Gt2-3
I just bought some texas speed 7.400 chromoly pushrods, will those work? I was planning to get the PAC 1218 behive springs what you think about those? They good for .600 lift

The PAC 1218 springs have an excellent reputation, but the beauty of the LPE GT2-3 is that its lift profile will accommodate the softer (and thus theoretically longer lasting) GM yellow LS6 and blue LS3 springs as mentioned above.
The general idea is not to run any more seat pressure than you really need.

I would make a few changes to the list if shooting for 400+ with the GT2-3 cam.
- 25% under drive pulley with overdrive for the alternator
- 90mm FTP lid & 85mm MAF
- LPE /TPiS 90mm snout mod for the LS6 intake
- 92mm throttle body
- Cut out for I-pipe / midpipe pile before catback - ideally electric
- Get the 243 heads ported with a quality valve job. TEA, AI, Frankenstein, Land Speed, LPE all all excellent choices. Explain your goal and it's a GT2-3 cam build. I would favor the springs A. R. mentioned.
