Yes definitely still low, but before making any assumptions I'd go run it at the track. I've seen dyno numbers all over the place, and in many cases not equalling the cars performance on the street or track

That's one of my issues lol, I don't have any before motor build times. So I have no idea what i should be running

Well you really don't need any before times to know how it's performing now for what you have. Know what I mean? When you go make a note of the DA and temps. That combined with the weight of the car, 60ft, etc...will give a good indication if it's performing on par of where it should be

I think that air to fuel ratio is a bit rich for your setup. Leaning it out a little bit to 12.8 should yield more power as well as drop your injector duty cycle from 97% to a bit less. Do you know if your tuner played with the timing at all? That can yield a few hp as well. I always did my own tuning N/A for that reason. Tuners are notorious for making a few changes and assume the customer is happy because its making "more power" than what they came in with =happy customer. The reality is you can make alot more power taking the time to move the A/F and timing around to see what it likes. My old 396 LT1 stroker took me 3 or 4 trips to the dyno (tuning it myself) to go from 440rwhp to 485 rwhp.
