You have to look at where you live altitude air density all kinds of stuff that's out of your control on the said day of tuning. To try and estimate numbers, and it doesn't hit what people say, will let u down. Go in there see what she puts down and get back to us. I'm sure you won't be dissapointed.

I honestly hope it has some good off the line and mid range with the cam even though its a bigger engine

Also remember tunners are by far the most important part of this equation. One tuner can get you a set of numbers with their knowledge and another would get a different one. Make sure that the person you're turning your vehicle over has a good track record. I learned this lesson the hard way about a decade ago with a guy from Texas. I would sure hope it is around 500hp..... Camshaft duration seems smaller than most would run in a 427ci range engine usually its more 240's/250's duration.

Should make for a very fun truck!

Small cam for a 427, compression is also pretty low for NA.

Which intake manifold?

~ 485 whp with factory intake
~500 whp with aftermarket

It will probably make 500 wtq torque and have lots of torque nice and low.
