man that was scary.
if you would have told me Rollins/Howard/Burrell would all go hitless and they still win the game....id have my doubts. these guys need to step it up....this is a crucial time. if it were any other phillies pitcher on the mound they would'nt be able to over come the 0-11 men in scoring position. they need to get these guys home. unbeleivable how you can get the lead off man on base 6 differant innings and not be able to capitalize.
a win is a win...thankgoodness for a great bullpen!! GO PHILLS!

I stopped watching when it was 3-2 at the 7th inning stretch. I was too worried, and wanted to be able to get up in the morning.

I love how people celebrated the game 1 victory like they won it all, running around in the streets and what not.

I am not a Philies fan and I have to admit I am pulling for the Rays just because I can't stand the halfassed philly sports fans I work with.

hey..no body's perfect...no worries.

we celebrate a game 1 victory cause its a very important game in the series...thats why. you set the tone for the rest of the series and not to mention, we just took home field advantage away from them. but, what does it matter, im just a half *** philly fan anyway.

Not looking good for the phils right now down 4-0. They havent been able to convert for **** when in scoring position. If they could bat the bases in they would be killing the rays. They get 2 guys on base and then strikeout or popup just about everytime.

The beautiful thing about baseball is there is no clock, so even if you're down and it's the ninth inning with 2 outs, don't count out a comeback.

Down 4 runs, eh, that's nothing. Even if they lose tonight, it comes back to Philly for three games and that might be all it takes to win this series.

horrible game. allmost hurt me to watch. its unreal how they can not manufacture runs.
hey...TB suicide squeezed in a freakin run....HINT ****** HINT!!
like Brad said...if they could just convert on some of those "man on 3rd 1 out" situations, this wouldnt even be a series till this point.
