Ahhhh ok. I remember now. Yeah I sold the Camaro and was out of the scene for about a year. Do you still have that thing?

Six days a week here, been working out for about 10 yrs. 200 grams of protein a day, lots of egg whites, chicken, tuna, and protein shake. Weigh 190, max benchpress 340, the key is good food, and stick to it! Don't expect fast results. Try to get your protein shake somewhere besides GNC, to expensive. I found it at Krogers for $18.99. At GNC it was 39.00$.

Training for an hour and a half is a bit much. You should only be in the gym for around an hour. The key to gaining weight is your caloric intake as well as protein. You should get a weight gainer like Muscle Milk or True Mass. Make sure your workout includes power lifts; benchpress, squat and deadlift. Also make sure you have good form and try not to cheat yourseld. Like going 1/4 way down on your bench instead of touching (not bouncing) the bar off of your chest. Also another thing to do is have a casine protein shake before bed.
