This Car will go to Ebay next week.It has gone 10.09@134MPH Naturally Aspirated.A little more tuning and this is a 9 second Car.You could not build this car for twice the asking price. The Owner John runs a great Race Shop in Huntington NY and has put all the right stuff in this Car.The ETP LS7 Cylinder heads with Titanium Valves on this car were over $4000.The engine was built by Brian at LME in Houston so you know its right.John is building another car so someone gets a deal on this!
I hope someone on this board gets it before its gone! This is the real deal!

J&T Auto has a two car program for 2009.The J&T Formula is Looking to go NMCA All Motor LSX racing with a new LSX Based LS7 setup and are looking for low 9s high 8s.The J&T Trans Am is going for the LSX 9.50 Index class and should have a couple of tenths below the index and we will slow er down to meet the index. Both cars are LS7 style heads and are Solid Roller ,Shaft Rocker,Custom Intake Monsters.

The J&T Z-28 is available and ready to run for 2009.This car was the runner up at ATCO NMCA in June 2008.

OK so 3 different guys are posting on this thread like they have some skin on the sale?
Is this a company car?

Regarding the classes listed in the above post, it seems this car is 90% there already?
So why start over on a new project?

Is J&T Auto against Camaros? (Formula & Trans Am)

Am I missing something?

You are building 2 different cars for 2 different classes that only race once a year in Memphis and you are from Long Island?

I must be missing a lot?

You are missing a lot, there are a hell of a lot more NMCA LSX Events than just Memphis.Get with the program.
The Point of this Thread is we have a very nice ,very fast car for sale for a good price.
We have some projects going and wish to go faster ,whats so hard to understand?

I think you are reading into it a little too much!!
We are just looking to make some room for a new project, The Camaro was a blast & we had a great time with it & its time to move on to something new, instead of taking the camaro apart we decided to sell it complete and start fresh with the 02 T/A we have, As for the people posting, they dont have "skin in the sale" they know the car and how well it performs and how well its built & want it to go to a nice home!!
Thanks John

That is not what you said, therefore it is not clear.
It may seem clear to you, because you know your plans.

It does sound like a nice car, that is why I was asking.

Also, I think I am more "with the program" than you think.

You said:
"Looking to go NMCA All Motor LSX racing with a new LSX Based LS7 setup and are looking for low 9s high 8s.
The J&T Trans Am is going for the LSX 9.50 Index class"

There is only 1 class in the NMCA that is "All Motor LSX" and that is the LSX Shootout class in Memphis.
There is also the LSX 9.5 Index, which also runs in Memphis only.

If you planned racing in a real NMCA class then you should have just said so?
Like: We plan on racing NMCA Pro Stock next year? (you can't race Mean Street with LS7 heads)
Or: We plan on racing Late Model EFI which has a 9.5 Index class or are you going for NMCA True Street?

You wouldn't be competitive in any of the faster NMCA classes.

I would bet I have been to and participated in more NMCA events than you?
So maybe YOU should get with the program?

Keep you car, not interested anymore.

I'll be at every event except Bradenton, I'll be looking for all of the J&T race cars.
I'll see you at the races.

Sorry for the mis-understanding, Anonymous, we didnt mean to confuse you, We did mean the NMCA, not just LSX shootout, there was 2 events last year, (showdown at ATCO/shootout) funny thing is judging by your first post we had no idea you were interested in the car at all. Maybe we will keep the car, it is an option. Good luck with your car, if its the one in the sig pic looks nice, Maybe we will see you at the track, Good Luck!!
