technically to "pace" someone their supposed to be within a certain distance for a certain amount of time. but at those speeds they can estimate your speed and you'll still get fucked for it. OP you are one lucky SOB, heres what happened to me when I passed a state trooper doing 145, then passed a second trooper doing 160+ ...for some reason neither of them had their radar on. thank god..

I got lucky aswell, got arrested and had to go to court a few times. I didnt loose my lic but I got $1250 ticket

When a cop paces a car, they don't estimate the speed. Also, the cop doesn't have to give you a ticket because he stopped you.

I see it says "Failure to stop" did you just not see the cop or what? Were they parked or moving?
