hey guys i noticed that the Cecil county drag strip is having a drag day on the April 25th that we had decided to do a get together....so how bout we keep the get together on that date and go there?

I believe gates open at 8am and racing starts at 9am, so maybe we can meet up on Rt. 40 like lets say at my job, FoodLion at Elkton, MD, and cruise from there to the strip. I checked the drive form there and its only 15 mins to the strip.

SO how bout it? And as a update, motor is at the machine shop and hope to get it back by early to mid next week. So i just txt the painter to see if he can take the bed and get a jump start on the paint. But i have a question, how long would u say it would take to put the motor accessories back to gether, put the motor back in the enginebay, attach it to the tranny, hook the wiring all back to get motor and get it ready to be fired up? Remember everything is in there still besides the motor and cooling system. I also hve the rear getting upgraded to 4.10s and Eaton posi and the guy said that should only take a weekend, so is 2 weeks for the motor being dropped off at the shop to be put back together/back in and running? <--that includes the gears/posi iinstall?

I finally got my car ready to go through inspection for the fourth and hopefully final time. With the little z06 cam in it is just to quiet for me. I already miss the lope and setting of car alarms at idle. As long as the DMV likes it i will be happy though... for now.

It all depends on how much time during the two weeks you work on your truck. Two weeks is plenty if you have the parts.
