Ouch....

I am glad he walked away, that is what cars are designed for, for the most part.

Driver error, or did another car hit him?

I was talking with my buddy last night and he said he saw a red C5 vette in the middle of a median smashed up. Same car possibly?

He crashed on rt128 last sunday.Don't know the details if a suspension part broke or what. The body is totalled but the driveline looks fine.

Next week we'll start parting out alot of parts off this except the motor. So if you know anyone with corvette's there will be alot of performance parts FS from fully built tranny, rear, torque tube,SPEC twin clutch, fuel system ect.

Ohhhh Noooo.

I read the title and expected to see another torque tube or a busted tranny or a set of bent pushrods or something...

Sorry Brent, this sucks bro.

Was it one of those infamous triple digit speed 360's he's done a couple times...?

Glad you are ok man. I feel real bad.

Knowing Brent I bet he isnt too down. As long as he's healthy knowing him he'll build another car. The newer Vette's are awesome and they start with a great powertrain.

Time to move onto bigger and better things. 2009 Z06 Vette with a supercharger, heads/cam and then your back into it.

Man Kieth lucky cant begin to tell you how I feel. Well you just got to get back on the horse and start riding fast cars again or you never will. I will. Don has a plan and will build me another. Machines can be replaced people cannot. Thanks for everyones kind words.
So what happened. I'm still not sure. Rt 128 sunday afternoon. Pretty heavy moving traffic going 65. In high speed lane and all of a sudden it veered right at a 90 degree angle and hit the guardrail real hard. Thank god I didnt hit anyone else and Joey my 12 yr old gfriends son was in the car to. He took it better than I did. He's fine. So wear your seat belts and hope your air bags go off. LOL

WOW. Glad Brent's okay! That just stinks. I'm sure he'll toss more goodies into it again and make himself happy again. It was always a nice car to see at the meets and strip........that means more work for Don and the crew in the near future.

Brent first off, I'm glad that you and Joey are ok! Someone up high was looking out for you when you hit!!

Don will build you something real nice, and I'm sure you'll be back in the game again in no time!! Just take the time to heal up those scratches and bruises man! Take care!
