Iam a home owner!!! I havent posted much on this section since I moved down to florida back in september, but figured I would check in and let everyone know my wife and I just found out the bank accepted our offer today.

And Don you totally read my mind on that one.

Confreats my friend But low, sell high. Maybe your gen will make the bucks like gen old did. I heard repossesions are really high down there. When we come down there in 5-10 years the prices are going to go sky high

Yeah thats the plan. I hope we can have 100k in equity soon enough.
The problem is that the banks are really wanting the cash investors to buy the houses instead of a FHA loan like us. Hell we put in around 5 other bids before we got this one. They kept taking a cash offer that would be 10grand less and say **** you to us.
Hell we even put in a bid on a house that was a forclosure that know one had put any bids on in 2 months, as soon as we put our bid in on it. Bang the ******* bank decided to renogtiate the loan for the owners. WTF was that?? I was so pissed.
