Default Anyone from Maine or Southern NH

I drove by a nice 4th gen Camaro yesterday in Berwick, ME with a two tone paint job. Sounded very nice. Wondering if he or any other LS guys in the southern ME / /Southern NH area?

I'm in Scarborough quite a bit, usually at Cabela's. Do you race at Beech Ridge?

Where do you have your Camaro tuned?

Yeah, I've raced at Beech Ridge since 1993, but ran a year on the PASS tour in 2007. I don't think I'll be racing anything this year but will still go to the races every week.

My car was already tuned when I bought it from a guy in Memphis. There aren't any places up this way that can tune these things. The closest place I know of is Slowhawk performancei.

i live in Southern Nh...but my car isn't a 2 tone and it's still in storage. I've seen a 02 SS LE Vert. in Sanford before, and i know there is a 02 SS LE in Rochester NH. both red.

I'vee used New England Dyno on all my tunes. John has always given me fantastic customer service and his tuner down there, Kevin is fantastic. The guy is a genius.

The SS I saw was like a black with a gold or pewter secondary color. He was driving on the Rochester Rd. coming into Berwick Center. It looked like his rear tires may have been a bit too wide, they were sticking out a bit. Great sounding though.

Havent seen the Sanford car yet, maybe as the weather gets better. Where do you live Dondb, I'm in No. Berwick

Default Rochester NH

I passed a 35th anniversary Camaro with after-market wheels on Old Dover Rd in Rochester last week. I own a 02 WS6 Trans Am convertible Pewter metallic with a white top. I just took it out of the garage Friday, I wanted to wash it today but it seems a little windy today.
I traded the 98 Z for this WS6.

You can't go wrong with Don (AKA slowhawk) tuning your car. He is one of the top tunners & customer service is the best.

I've never used Slowhawk, I've always went to NE dyno. When I had my blown 03 Mustang, their tuner was actually a NMRA racer, Mike Freedman, with a 1000+ hp Mustang and his tunes were great. Freedman has since left the tuning and racing scene.

Now they have a guy named Kevin who does their tuning and he has a 800+hp Firebird WS6 that is his daily driver. Kevin's job is tuning 300K hp engines for power plants all over the country. The guy really knows his way around our cars and gave me some great pointer about what stock parts are sufficient and what parts needs help. Well worth the drive to Douglas, MA. John, the owner, is a fantastic mechanic too.
