I bought my ticket a couple months ago. Finished rebuilding the transmission about a month ago and just picked up the car last night from installing the new cutout (results here: https://ls1tech.com/forums/dynamomet...er-graphs.html).

I'll be cruising up with a few people fairly early. Hoping for an 11.6 at 118 but the weather might be a bit too warm. I'd also like to hit a 1.5 60' as it sits but these ET Streets don't seem to want to hold a 5000+ launch. I did have Eastside adjust the suspension a little bit and I picked up quite a bit of rwtq, so with a little luck just maybe I can do it, but I'm not holding out much hope!

Would any of you CT guys want to hit a cruise night in Torrington CT afterwards? It's right off RT 8, so basically right on the way home. Dawg from CTFBA is one of the organizers.

It goes from 5:30-9:00, I was just planning on showing up whenever. Rental is usually done by 4-5 pm, and it's about an hour and twenty minutes or so to Torrington.

 

Unfortunately I'll probably be in the studio because we're mixing a new song we just finished up.
