Shops that do valvespring/lifter changes around DC/NOVA

I just moved to dc and don't know any tuners/shops around here. Would like to find a shop that does these lifter and valvespring swaps b/c i am in need of one. also it would be helpful to get a rough estimate of the cost of something like that. I don't really have the tools to do it where I am living now otherwise I would do it. thanks, phil

I checked sponsors but couldn't find any remotely close to me. I'd rather find someone in the area within say 30 miles or so. Don't want to drive the car any farther than that really.
