Can you just come w/ your fbody or does it have to be entered in the show?

 

You can come out as a spectator, but you won't be eligible for the door prizes and awards. You also can't vote on the cars. You can still participate in the raffles and 50/50 though.

 

Hey still new to this forum, I was wondering how long this event is? My wife used to live up there so she wants to stay the weekend to see some old friends, and I was wondering if this event run's into sunday or was it just on sat? I got a DD pewter Z28 I dont think I should enter it but would love to come check stuff out and take some pics. Thanks for your time.

 

The event is Saturday only from 9am-4pm. We are discussing having a cookout later in the evening somewhere, but that is still in the early stages of planning.

If you come up, go ahead and put your car in! After all... we are all Camaro and Firebird guys, so no one is going to look down on your car. After all.. it's a great way to meet new people!

 

im mailing out my early registration today or tomorrow. My buddy is going to be comin up in his bird as well. Im tryin to get another guy to come, but he may have work.

I just found out that there will be a Cruise-In the same day as the show in Hagerstown, MD which is only 15-20 minutes from where the carshow will be held at. This is a bi-weekly cruise-in that usually attracts 300+ cars and has a good/fun atmosphere. The cruise-in starts at 5pm and last until 9pm and cost $2 to enter.

We will be making announcements at the show about it, and will prolly do a cruise over to the show for anyone interested in going after our carshow.

Do you know when they stop doing this, monthwise? Ill be home August timeframe and Im really trying to attend one for the first time.

 

They stop doing the cruise-in during the month of October.

I live in warrenton, and my buddy is drivin up from summerduck, we were plannin on heading up together. Ill hit you up next week, see if we can all ride up.

If I didn't have to do the festival crap all day we'd be up there for sure just to get the hell out of town. Still may pop in to have a look around.

There is also a dyno day for AR Fabrication here in winchester. $50 for three pulls. Shitty thing is it's an import shop. Who knows what could happen if a army of Fbodies rolled in there.
