Cool All Camaro and Firebird Show

Our club is having an All Camaro and Firebird Show on May 1st in Martinsburg, WV. This event will be held rain or shine. If anyone wants to come who would need to spend the night, let me know because we may have a deal worked out with a local hotel chain for rooms for anyone who will be attending the show.

It would be great to see a good showing of members from here make it out. Who knows... ls1tech could get the special club award.

I will update this post with new info as we get it.

Definitely keeping this open. I'll be new to my command, but I think if we're still in port, I should be able to get out that way. It looks like only a 4 hour drive to there.

Updates:

We are trying to set-up a discount at the Holiday Inn for participants who will need/want a place to stay for the night(s). This hotel is right up the road from the location and is right off the interstate.

We are having a Club Participation award, so all of you from ls1tech.com, please be sure to put that as a club affiliation.

We are planning a cook-out for later that evening for anyone interested in hanging out with our club members and fellow enthusiast. Details to come closer to the show date.

We have worked out a deal with the Holiday Inn which is located right up the road from the car show location. They will be giving rooms to participants for $89 a night. All you need to do is tell them you are with the Eastern Panhandle Camaro Association, and they will give you the discount.

If you have any problems please let me know.

Their number is: (304)267-5500
