little update as to what I've been up to the last few months

cut about 10lbs off the rear...deleted the spring perches and the monstrosities of LCA brackets I had. Rebuilt the LCA brackets to make them lighter. Alos found twisted 35 spline moser axles so I ordered some strange axles with lightened flanges. Repainted the rear with the Rustoleum Hammered
Other than some paint, the floors are done. made a few patch panels welded everything in and seam sealed the joints...
Also got the hood mounted...still need to tweak some of the dzus brackets some but its pretty close.
I cheated and did 8 90* angle brackets that are riveted to the fenders. they are visible with the hood on, but they will be painted body color so they shouldn't be "that" bad...did make for easy panel alignment using them though...just push the fender tight against the hood and turn the dzus...
headlight covers are just sitting on the car so they aren't by any means aligned...
still have 8 more to put on...one on each "extended cowl" area, two on the raised cowl to keep the hood off the windshield (need to build some supports) and four along the front...
