How much Data do you use on your IPHONE monthly?
OK so the wife and I are thinking of jumping the 4 year old band wagon of a Iphone. However the MF'ers changed the plans from UNLIMITED DATA for $30.00 to 2Gigs of data for $25.00 and $10.00 for each additional Gig. So you crazy Iphone users that watch videos, surf the net, facebshit, twitshit, skypshit,****, text, radio in your car all the time. How much are you using? 1Gigabite is 1,024 Megabites of data FYI Thanks for your support and efforts in making me spend more money for BSHIT!

Tomorrow will be exactly 1 year since I got my iPhone. In that one year period, I sent 174mb of data and received 933mb. I use my phone a lot for surfing the web and sending emails with fairly large attachments (for a phone...1-2mb). I think you would have a tough time using over 1 gig of data in a month considering it took me a year.

I have the iphone 3G and was not even approaching 2gb until i jailbroke and started tethering. For me, i am on a computer most of the day so not a real heavy iphone net user but tether the phone to the laptop at the track sometimes
I do agree that AT&T is very expensive. I pay for like 1500 mintues that are family shared. We only get free at&t to at&t so the 1500 get used up when we call landlines and other mobiles. We do rollover what we don't use so we rarely go over our minutes.
Here is the kicker though on the iphone which i guess you already know, you have to pay separate data plans though you can "family share" minutes of voice. You also need to pay extra for texts. That is right, texting is not part of you voice or data plan. That is triple dipping thank you AT&T.
I am paying 180 a month for four users but only one iphone...super sucks

REDGAR.... i "THINK" they have changed to its unlimited text and 2Gig of data for $25.00. I'll try to clarify that tonight. Cause my family plan for the wife and I with my Ford employee discount brings it to approx $169.00 a month with tax's. So thats $85.00 per phone. I pay $52.50 now and have 8mb of data sharing on my phone now. She pays $75 a month now for a crappy plan with AT&T. Best part is they get to hit her up for $105.00 to terminate her phone plan early and has to get a new phone #. OH JOY for her. but hey she wants it LOL!

Its been almost 1 year since I got my iPhone and I racked up 24gb's sent and 59.4gb's recieved. That is almost 7gb's per month.

I stream iheartradio, pandora, slacker and last.fm at work and use data pretty heavy. While I am jailbroken I do not tether much at all.
My highest month has been 1.8GB and that was the first month I got the phone.

Yea, they block too much good ****. Pandora for one. Wunder-radio is an App that lets you listen to any radio station in the country, and Simplfy-media calls my computer at home and that is how i listen to the music on it.
