100' Drags = all the opportunity for breaking stuff and none of the pay off. Only good for trying to set a car up and testing out new suspension settings IMO.

The government is not the obstacle to having a dragstrip in CT. If there was really enough demand someone would build one.

Last I knew there were no plans to have a dragstrip at the racetrack in Palmer. I don't know what the status of that project is right now anyway.

Yea, theres actually no plans for the palmer track to happen. Thats on, what looks like permanent hold or just got thrown out. My *** is ready to move up to NH

I think your problem is that you're in the minority. People will let their voices be heard about this track, but those people are the ones who'll live too close to the track and don't want it. That's democracy at work and it's ******* you...unfortunately.
