Default Shop in Northern NJ

I am in the middle of a 1970 Lemans Convertible with an LS/6L80. A body shop is doing all the body and paint. A separate shop was going to do the motor/transmission work and install on the chassis when the car was half done (fenders and front end off). The shop I was going to use TTP Performance has now disappeared. And no even if I had the skill and patience I do not have the time. I am looking for someone with a lot of experience with LS motors that will be reasonable.

The only one I have come up with is Cartek.

That's a good choice for sure, that's where I go for all of my LSx needs.

Some people have said on here that TTP is still around though I have not heard hide nor hair from when in a long time...

Cartek is a great way to go.

I physically went to TTP yesterday and it was shut down. Their truck was still there but the neighbors said they have not been around for a couple weeks.

Carteck is a good choice but on a big custom project $105 an hour can add up quick.

You get what u pay for sometimes.
Cartek has alot of experience with LS series motors and Julio's tuning is second to none.
I've never had any motor work not done by them.

TTP had to move out of their building or something.

I'd say Cartek would be a good choice.
