bad habbits dont die.
i personally will never deal with a company that has matt. He went through my $10000 like it was nothing and im a very unhappy customer. and my car blew up twice in 2500 miles. no warranty of help either time. even made me sign a waiver that it was as is before he even gave me the keys.

Sorry you weren't happy with him, but his position at ECS is nothing that would effect you or any other customer as far as speaking to, returning phone calls etc. He is an employee there, not a phone rep or customer service decision maker, the business is ran by Chris and Doug period.
They have a fantastic rep for sticking behind their work, and that's not going to change because of a new employee.
In a grander scale, thats like saying you would not use AT&T because they have an employee you dont care for. I'm sure if Matt does not pull his weight, and uphold the ECS standards, he will be yesterdays news.

Sorry you weren't happy with him, but his position at ECS is nothing that would effect you or any other customer as far as speaking to, returning phone calls etc. He is an employee there, not a phone rep or customer service decision maker, the business is ran by Chris and Doug period.

Very true, I have met Doug when i first got my Vette and he was a very stand up guy and never had any problems

Did anyone end up getting in contact with matt Because i have been trying to track him down to tune my car since i left a deposit before ttp closed. He told me he started working for RM Performance LLC but i tried calling all week that shop with no answer i couldnt even find them online.He also doesnt respond to my emails any longer. I just found this thread so im gonna call ecs i guess to see if i can get him.
