Talking So Close!! 10.08 @ 136.7 with a 6spd

Went down to atco last night just to make some passes and hangout with some friends. That all quickly changed when the first pass out I went 10.08 @ 136.7 with a 1.40 60ft beating my previous best of a 10.28 @ 133.5 on a 1.42 60ft. Now I'm really on the hunt for 9's. I also got a new best mph of 138.13 mph on a 10.17 pass.

For those of you who don't know my setup, Its a TMR built 347, with touched up PRC 5.3L heads TMR ported Fast 92 intake, custom TMR 23x cam with a 175 plate kit, Mcleod RXT twin disc, Tick level 2 T56, PST 3.5" aluminum drive shaft, Moser 9" with 3.89's and a locker, 35 spline Moser axles and QA1 rear SA shocks. The only weight deletion thats been done to the car is the passenger and rear seats which doesn't off set the weight of my 6 point, 9" rear, and subframes. This car is a Daily Driver aswell!

So close to the single digits rowing gears Congrats!!!!!

You know what they say 0.1 for every 100 lbs removed and since you havent removed anything of real weight yet its only going to go faster when you do.

Nice driving last night it sounded like a Lenco on every pull.

BMR torque arm with a relocation bracket, Spohn LCA's, Moser 9" with LCA relocation brakets (I use the bottom hole), and QA1 12way singal adjustable rear shocks. I usually have the rear shocks set to 7 and work from there. The front suspenion and k member are all stock with the front sway bar deleted.

Thanks! I absolutely love my Mcleod RXT, the best clutch I've had yet! As for launching, I leave on the spray anywhere from 4500 to 6k depending on track conditions.

Which adjustment holes do you use on the relo bracket? I had mine close to the bottom but it was unloading so I'm going to the top holes.

Thanks. That's where I had mine and it was unloading after it pulls the front wheels. I'm hoping moving it up will keep the tires planted longer.
