Default Tony Lukes run this year?

I remember a few years back, in the rain, there was a giant run down (or up) to Tony Lukes in Philly. There had to be 300 cars there and I was wondering if anything like this would be going on again this year?

That time up there in the rain kinda blew, it was nice on the way home though! The other runs have been good too!
