I absolutely love my 2010. As far as power goes I feel that the 2010 is overall better stock to stock, also no hesitation when passing on on the highway and in the top end the car picks up speed much quicker than my old LS1 ever did. To each their own but I think all of GM LS-based cars are great cars IMO. Good luck on trying to find a 1LE Formula WS6 awful rare beast to track down!

Congrats on the weight loss, that's a big to do for sure. I've gotten 46 off in the last 13 months, nothing compared to your accomplishment for sure... I'm down to 251, and am trying for 220. I haven't been that light since my senior year of high school, so I don't know if it's even 100% doable, but we will see I guess.
As for the car.. I have heard this same thing from several people now. The 2010, is just not the fun car that the 4th gen's were, way someone put it to me, is that it feels like a cheap caddy that's got decent power.
IMO, it's the lack of a solid rear axle that makes the car feel the way they do. I bet if ya take a 2011 GT mustang for a ride... you'd probably be really surprised at what it feels like. I know when I did, it was just like what my transam was when it was stock... has that racy feel to it.

I think you should get a Syclone or a Typhoon. You can have a lot of fun with a turbo 4.3 (Which I am sure you are aware of working where you do). Or you can mix and match and have a LS powered all wheel drive SY/TY. Congrats on the weight loss.

Joel,
Congrats on all the weight loss!! You are doing GREAT! Glad to hear how much better you are feeling, and to hear that you feel the best you have since the accident is even better!
I always enjoyed seeing you build your old Firehawk back in the day!
Keep up the hard work and you'll continue to feel even better![Happy](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_stretch.gif)

I've rented both a V6 and a V8 A6. They feel huge, not sporty. Blind spots are aweful.
