6 Speed + Drag Radial - No Suspension - Zero Seat time = No where near it's capability.
After some Seat time and getting it to 60 foot at least 2.0 you can be in a high 11, but I suspect maybe not the first time out.

A DR does not have the sidewall or given that the car needs given the apparent stock street race weight.
Putting a good 28" Tall M/T ET Drag and hitting it hard will give you a good 60' and your going to see good times, well into the 11's but even as much seat time that I have I know well enough from my exp is you NEVER do your best run first time out and your going to spend at MIN 1-3 runs getting the throttle/clutch/rpm launch, and then playing with shifting.
Unless you go on a rental day and have the time to practice your going to not go as fast as the power that you make.
