Default Impulse purchase

I woke up yesterday morning, went on CL and found a 98 ws6 with a blown motor. 2 hours later i put a deposit down on it and 8 hours later it was in my driveway. Talk about impulse buying

WS6 Formula, don't see those every day. It's a real WS6 right?

Haha nice find, I've had a project S-10 and a 6.0 truck engine waiting to be put together, but last month a local car dealer had an 01 SS is real good shape with an engine knock. Just couldn't help but buy it, now just gotta find a buyer for the S-10.

Thumbs up

Even with 230k miles and a hurt motor that's still a decent deal at $2500.00.
Enjoy.

Check the RPO codes, I'm curious if it's a real ws6 formula.
should be a fun project!

i checked it real quick when i bought it and i thought i saw ws6 and ws9 so it should be a real one. either way, it has a real ws6 hood and that in my opinion is the most important (and valuable) part.

you sure its a real WS6 hood? the "nostrils" look a bit too squared off in that pic... could be just me.

i'm 90% sure it is. I'll have to look for a serial or something next time im with it, but it doesnt look like those gay aftermarket ones with the square nostrils.
