Verdad Gallardo Well, just finished up the install, turned over the engine earlier in the night to make sure nothing was hitting, banging, cracking, etc. Primed the oil pump and started her up, surprisingly it idles right at around 900 RPM with no problems, A/F is of course lean but other then that it's loud as heck and the airbox is sucking air in louder then Zturd butthole right before a date rape by a gay male stripper.

This isn't a boost cam, I wanted a temp. max effort cam with what mods I had done and this is what was spec'd out for me and the goals I was looking for. It'll be a differant cam when I build the boost engine of course.
hmm, similar to my old cam, just a little less duration..... I put down 500 to the tire through it fwiw.... Be prepared to rev that bitch to 7700...
One day, good things take time. Maybe I'll throw some nice 243 heads on my engine and the call it a cam only stock headed engine like you and see how things pan out at that point.
They are stock heads no matter how you put it. I'm willing to put my stock headed cam only car up against your electric waterpump, fast 90/90tb, 98mm FTP lidded car heads up. How much do you really think 243 heads are worth over LS1 heads in stock form? 10hp???? I think your fast intake gets you more than that, then the TB, then the electric waterpump. Hang on to those excuses as long as you can. Take a look at the cam only list. See what it says sunshine... LS1/LS6 cam only results and you and I are far from being on it! However i'll still be way faster than you!

See...it really doesn't matter to me if you beat me or if you run your 11.0000000000000000@ anything MPH. All that matters to me is how far I can push my engine to get the very most out of it before it goes boom or I just plain get tired of it and sell it.
