The window switch started to smoking just as i was pullin in to the track. I order one .but both motor go up real slow.I like your video nothing like watching the race in your rear view mirror. I got a little lose in the middle of 1 an 2 and that may have messed you up because you went to the out side quick and spun your tires.

I've been racing at Seekonk since '96 and Gomes has been hitting people since around 2001 according to a friend of mine. They should ban his ***...

Oh and LOL I got 3 Fieros all with power windows and 2 are 25 years old and 1 is 24 years old and they still work...they don't build'em like that anymore.

Hey Al! Remeber this?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=925YvkoA7os

This was actually the same car I brought to the track the other day. It didn't handle then either.

Ofcourse now it actually makes a bit more power... :/ I think the extra power hurt...I had no control on Sunday...

if you can get that car to come off the corner we will all be in trouble. I remenber that race I said to my self this guy still with me and you lost it come off. You should try to soften the rear springs or even try cheap shocks in the rear. I would like to see you run good. I am a fan Al

Thanks!
That was my old turbo 3.1L. I could control the launch better with that setup than with the Caddy V8 I had the other day.

I promise to impress next year though. All my NA 3.4L V6 car from July 31st needs is front tires. It will probably be painted blue the next time you see it.

Yeah that's right, give us your secrets. We all want to know, lol.

I think I just basically need new tires next year. One of mine is 4 years old and the other is 3 years old. The two fronts are 2 years old

Do you guys know where I can find deep dish 17x9 wheels. The Corvette wheels would limit my turn radius even more than the 16x8 Camaro wheels I'm running now.

Thanks.

Damn that's overkill! 12"!!!

I'm running 255's all around now. To go wider, I need wheels with more back-spacing so that they stick out more rather than sit deeper in and rub my suspension. I think these would do the trick...

I'm either just going to upgrade my front rubber for now or buy something like those ... and new rubber...

I would personally wait until the beginning of a season to buy new tires as they will be fresh for a whole season. If you buy tires now, they will be sitting around for 7 months before you use them again.

I might as well just buy two more BFG G-Forces' for the front since one of my front wheels has a slow leak and after 5 days in probably the most expensive hotel in Vegas, I'm broke. :/

Besides, after reviewing my race with the red Miata, I noticed he gained on me in turn 2 and passed in turn 4, not the back straightaway as everyone predicted I'd get smoked on. So I think for me to show that my v6 car is a contender, new front tires will go a long way to eliminating anyone passing me in the corners...

Good advice though Bryan.

See you on the 16th, looking forward to the burnout.
