Trying to be a natural FREAK...At 47yrs old!!!
Well here is my update for anyone cares...
Yes cars have been put on the back burner, I have gotten the health bug
Started Jan 2010
Weight 405+lbs
2yrs Jan 2012
Weight 215lbs
LOST 190lbs with eating clean, training and rest
NATURALLY, NO DRUGS, NO OPERATIONS
JUST STARTED A BULK....LOOKING TO GO UP TO 230lbs BY APRIL 15th
THEN ITS SHRED FOR 8 WEEKS, JUST IN TIME FOR JUNE
BEFORE AND PRESENT

My Bulk Diet and Routine:
Mon, Tues, (Wed ONLY CARDIO/Abs), Thurs, Fri. Sat And (Sun ONLY CARDIO/Abs)
(I do the other 2 days of cardio on tues pm, thurs pm)
20MIN Cardio
(4 Days on Bulk and 6 Days a week HIIT on Cut)
Supplements:
Mulit Vit
Fish-oil
Glucosamine
Testofen
Divanil
Erase
Purple Wraath (Intra)
Dymatize Protein Isolate (PRE-POST-ETC)
6am
2 pieces 12-Grain Bread/2TBS. Natty PB, 1 Nanna (DYMATIZE PI)
7:30am til 8:45am
Trian HEAVY one body part a day
9am
Dates & 1/8 cup almonds
15min later Dymatize, 4 egg whites 1 yolk, oatmeal
11:30am
8oz Talpia, 1 Yam, 1 Cup Spinach (10 Almonds)
2:30pm
8oz Tuna, Oatmeal, 1 Cup Spinach (10 Almonds)
5:00pm
Protein Isolate, 2TBS Natty PB, Oatmeal
7:30pm
8 to 12oz Chicken, Yam, Salad, Spinach or Broc
10pm
Yogurt, cottage cheese or casein protien
1 bad meal a week (I eat a bad meal, whatever I want)
This is a bulk...
On a Cut, I lift heavy but dont kill it (more cable/machine excersizes)
I drop out some of the carbs, a little less protein and do ALOT more cardio
I have a LONG way to go...5yrs minimum to build a good foundation and thats if your young...
I started at 45 but that wont stop me and at 50 I am gonna be JACKED...
Why?.......Cause I beleive it
