I'm still in the area for a little bit too. There are quite a few F-Body's around but I think a lot of guys aren't on the forums. Slowly but surely getting mine together. Got the whole drivetrain built to handle serious power. Now onto the motor. Good to see some more local guys posting up.

Yeah, colonial heights to be exact. Got the "new" SS back in Nov. Haven't really messed with it much. Ported TB and maf. It already had full exh, can and stall in it, but was not realty a "good" combo. Working on fixing that. Would like to find a short block to freshen like I did in the 98 and go from there.

So, weather permitting, I've got a big weekend for the camaro. Gonna chase the squeak in the rear, seafoam the motor, change the oil and possibly the fuel filter. Then renew the registration and get it inspected and then get this beatch back tearing up the streets next week!! After I get it inspected I have an ory sitting in a box from Texas speed I might give a whirl for alittle while. Will be kinda stupid loud with the slp LM 1 but it won't be permanent and I don't drive the car much anymore.

Hello fellas. Just another local guy checking in. Not new to the area or to fbodies, just new to LS1 tech. It seems like there is almost 5 street able cars in Hampton Roads. It would be cool if we could get together to make a last minute photo entry into the Fiske wheel give away that LS1tech is doing. It is kind of a weird setup though. 5 or more forum members submit a group photo of their cars with the member names listed by screenname, LS1tech picks a winning photo at the end of the month, and then they give only 1 set of Fiske wheels (of choice and setup of winner) to the winning group. The group has to decide who gets the set. Like I said, kind of weird but it is an excuse to get together. I know I have a sick 98 Z28 that is very photo friendly and pretty freakin fast as well. Just throwing it out there. I am in Suffolk and my car is definitely road worthy.
