Local stalled auto guys in here

Cool. Right now the car is heads/cam, probably making somewhere around 420rwhp. I'd be doing this swap more for the future when I'm making more power. I think I'm just over manual transmission cars at this point. If I got a new C6Z, I'd leave something like that manual. But my wallet isn't that deep so that's out of the question.

Was that meet in the parking garage across from the Shell station on Wednesday night? If so, I'll prob check that meet out next week. I've recently been posting on TST since there "was" a local meet by my new house which has since died out. I was trying to revive it and came across a few other meets in the area- WC, Broomall, etc.
If you're going and/or want to grab some food at Victory let me know and we can meet up before we head over.

I'd give ya ride but I'm not exactly local (though I did used to come down near that area (Cherry Hill NJ) once in a while).
Also my F-body (3600 stall but only bolt ons) might not be quite as fast as you're looking for.

I've had manual cars my entire life. I still have a 6 spd ss, but I will say this. I have a t/a with just bolt ons and spray with a 3600 vig, and I love it, its fun as hell to drive. I also daily it and the gas mileage is still good. I would go auto if you want, mine leaves like an animal on the street. Just my 2 cents.

One thing about big stalls that I didn't know about before buying mine is that you can still very much tune them out to behave very close to stock.
My FTI3600 after many many tuning adjustments (in the part throttle shift and lockup tables) now drives like stock. At light throttle I can get up to highway cruising speeds without going much over 1800rpm, and around town the upshifts are so soon and quick that I can putt around without going over 1500rpms and thus not wake the whole neighborhood and still get probably as good if not better mileage than stock.
