Default Shop car almost done

Took the Red Rocket back to make an extreme street/track car on a somewhat budget.Working on it mostly saturdays for almost a year we have it running. Will pick away at it till next spring when the track opens up again.

Basic run down

10 point cage with net/ parachute from Halls custom

427ci resleeved LS2 from Shawn at Virginia speed

TEA/TFS 235 heads with upgraded springs/valve from Total Engine Airflow

Comp cam, speced by us

FIC 127lb injectors - idle perfect at 800rpm

T400 fully built from RPM Transmission

Converter from Yank

Midwest Chassis rear package with 35 spline and 3.00 gear

AFCO coil overs, strange brakes

BMR front end package

88m Turbo from Forced induction

All piping done inhouse- testing out our new Tig welder

Here are some build pics, have a ton of them

Someone always pics out the old altinator. Lol. It will be replaced.

It's a budget to us because we did all the labor. I'm hoping it pulls of easy 8.5's on pump gas/ methanol and has no issues next year. Reliable 8.5 car that easily drives on the street.
Next year I might upgrade the cage to a 25.5.

If theres one thing I hate it's being a spectator at the track. Kills me, but I'll do it to see Don run this one next spring.

:With that 3 series gear, are you going for the land speed record

Good luck, you guys do great work, see you in the spring.

I might be putting a legal stocker program together to run division 1.

Easy fix. Don't sell the car! You will buy another and start over.
