Trustworthy LS shop in Hampton Roads?
I broke a PRC spring and need to get my springs swapped out. Right now I don't have the time, or patience to swap em out (already have a set of BTR springs ready to go in) so I'm looking for a good place to get this done. Also may have to have my lifters checked to make sure none have collapsed and PR length is correct, since the car seems slightly down on power.
All help and suggestions are appreciated!

It's hard to find a good shop if you don't know people in Hampton Roads. What part are you in? That would help as to know exactly where you're looking on going. I know a couple guys in Newport News but I'm sure someone may know better ones in VB

Omni Performance is where I used to go for my LT1. The guys there were great! It has changed hands since then but they still get great reviews from people that go there. I'd call them up and ask them. Horse Power Solutions is a good place, not sure if they do LS1 though.

Newport News, the shop right beside Casey Chevy. Was built by John Fletcher, a guy that I trust to build any engine no matter how hard. He sold it because of health issues, but they still seem to be a good place, I'd call them up.

VA Speed is usually great for engine work, but they have had their problems in the last couple years with poor work (search on here and you will see what Im talking about). BUT, I have heard that they really turned them selves around and have done good work for me (minus the poor tuning, but that was before they hired the new tuner).
Dyno tune Performance is good from what I hear, but never used them.
A small shop called Ramey built who specializes in mostly imports is where I take my car now. Reason is, a guy named Brian works there and hes great with LS engines. He was at VA speed and left the company with a couple other guys.
Another shop called abacus racing (primarily euro cars) is good for engine work, great machine shop in there with some good engineers. They do a lot of engine building in there, and are pretty affordable too.
