Went to the dyno again today with Mikes car.It was holding 12-14lbs on the street but not very steady. On the dyno it would only pull 10lbs again
We are ordering a 10lb wastegate spring that will hopefully give us better control. So here is some graphs with 6 degree's less timing from last time and a graph of one of his high Procharger dyno pulls against the STS so far.
Of course boost was up driving home after the dyno

nice!!!! 14 psi will be way up there and kick the **** out of the d1 in the tq dept. That graph looks great. Should come in way faster with the 10psi spring too. Im willing to bet the turbo was cooled off on this run too.

The turbo needs to be hot,but the motor get's real hot after a few pulls. When the turbo is where it should be the motor is too hot to make a pull
Just not enough airflow across the radiator. On the street you can hammer the gears and the engine temp doesn't even move. The car right now feels alot faster than the D1 on the street

The power curve is really nice. You can see where the turbo shines mid range. Maybe you wont need to rev the **** out of the lower end anymore to make some decent power
14-15 psi will be very nice. Your going to have so much more torque and it's going to come in sooner.
I hope you had the new gear over nighted or something hahah

those are some nice numbers for 10 LBS... I know that is not where mike wants to be, but for now those are some nice numbers. Mike, once you get the engine where you want it (for at least one season ) maybe you should consider sending your car off to be converted to paddle shifters ...oh yes they do it for F-bods
(allows full manual control but gets rid of those sloppy shifts

We knew it was a soft spring since it was 4psi at lowest setting, now it will be 10 at lowest, no biggie.

and if it comes in sooner with the new spring then
