Thumbs down NED= Import junkyard!!!

went last night, and there where about 15 american muscle cars, and about 150 Import **** boxes, and one **** bum jeep with 18's
it looked like i was in some island someplace, the white skin was minority for sure, spanish was the #1 laguage and The imports wher in charge!!
man is NED going down the pooper, if its like that all year, the track will never be good with all the street tires and front drive cars, traction will suck.
I think its time NED goes wednesday import night, friday american car night
saturday anyone.
its rediculus.
oh well, it got rained out last night so my ticket is a rain check. if i ever go back lol

Last year opening night i had my dads vett and raced it, went 12.2 @ 116 and there was more american muscle then import, toward the end of the year imports got more and more, now they own the track street nights, and get one event a month. man, NED knows where the $$$$$$ is. lol

thats true, but even when they do,the street tires scew up the groove
have you ever walked on the track? if so you would see that street tires leave little ***** (lol) and screw up traction bigtime.
oh well, i just dont see the point in racing 15 second,16 17 18 or slower cars, theres 100 of them, and the fastest ones are in the 14's and they run and run and run, then they dont change anything and they go back the next week, and run and run and run, it sucks. they need 2 nights i think, but that would be a $$$$ loss for them

I agree totaly here. NED needs a seprate day for imports like those FWD. They all go through the damn box and drag crap everywhere. When I went last year, even the AWD cars were all over getting out of the box. It drove me nuts! I expected to cut some good time, but with that stupidity of FWD ricers dragging through the box it was impossible to get a clean run. I had to let off the pedal to get strait, and that's with AWD! I think I'm only heading up on the weekends if I plan on running. Wed and Fri will just be watching at this rate.

its a pain in the ***, and the 17 second cars should have there own day also.
or do one or 2 passes and go home, nevermind running 17.6, 17.7 17.7 then comming back next week and going 17.7, 17.7 17.6 i just dont get that.
oh well, NED isnt any better, there tech line is rediculus, but oh well, its close so thats the only good thing

Yea. Question though. I have my ticket frmo last night. Do they stamp it or something if it is rained out? I had to leave early because of some clutch problems. First night of racing and I already have issues.... There was a good turnout of stangs though. Few joke cars though. Such as a MiniCooper Supercharged with a shot of nitrous. Ran a 13.6.

A few people took pictures of my car when I was racing

Look on the bright side. Even though it looked like the imports were incharge. They were still slow. I raced a WRX that stalled on the line I believe. I fried my throwout bearing and had to let off, still ran a 13.8 to his 22.xx.

if your car makes power, then your screwed on a street night, however, if your car has a stock 10 bolt, a Saturday TT can blow that right up. lol

Exactly Friday is muffled street night, nothing remotely loud... Even on Wed which is unmuffled, there are only 2 or 3 lanes of big tire cars.

3 Runs in an hour and a half. I was happy with that. I was there at 5:15 for tech and was within the first 10 cars lined up. I left at 6:30 after 3 runs. I wish I could have made more.

I agree with you. They should make a import night and a american car night. My friend was there in a 2001 green Mustang GT that ran 14.2. He said the guy in front of him in a civic went right threw the water box than didn't do a burnout. Than he had to race right after.
