Nice Pic Gary!

Open loop, closed loop, 1/2 loop, double loop, who gives a loop ****? As long as the car does what the OWNER wants, what else matters?

Good point JL!

And I eat at 2am too. Strangely enough it doesn't do much for the mass department. I'm still a solid 168lbs. I guess I run too much, hahaha

I like to eat then or I'm starving by morning, not a necessity though

I eat at 2 am, if i been out till 1:30
i do wake up on a daily basis around 3-4 am, watch a little cops, then the montel show, have some chips and a coke, then go back to sleep around 5:30 or so just to wake up at 6-6:30

i wake up in cold sweats thinking about work. it sucks!!

Damn, you guy's fight about old subjects

Closed loop can work perfect but the tuner really needs to spend a ton of time on it (3-4 days) to get it that way unless they run it just for the track and a dyno tune can do it.
Open loop can run alot better and will not change in weather if it is done right.-most tuners won't spend the time to get it right.
So the same car will run the same times if both tunes are done right.

Now for who runs what?Who really cares.Mikes car ran a lame 11.5 and I've seen Brads twin Turbo setup pretty much stall after launch and pull a great 12.??. Does it matter?not really, just as long as everybody has fun

That's it... I'm gonna tune my car in a double under loop tune. That way it will run great on the moon and at the center of the earth... where it matters.

Ya I can back that up...I was there when we tuned it and I was there two weeks ago...A/F was the same and made like 8 hp more after 47k miles...
I agree open loop is less to maintain... But a little harder to deal with for most LS1 owners....
